LEGAL PERSON’S BACKGROUND

SETAO Ltd was founded in 2010 by Ioannis N. Petridis initially as a single-person LLC, aiming to co-operate with the Greek State, via a Public & Private Partnership (PPP no. 11548) titled “Cen- tral Authority for the Identification of Uninsured Vehicles”. The implementation of the project, through which the Greek State was to benefit €485.5 million annually, was related to the elec- tronic vehicle identification system based on technology, as described in the Hellenic Industrial Property Organization Patent No. 1007201, which was awarded to Mr. Ioannis N. Petridis.

The shareholders of the company are Mr. Ioannis N. Petridis and the company N.A.CANELLOPOULOS-CHR.ADAMANTIADIS S.A.

SETAO Ltd, having a wide scope of its statutory purpose, which includes among others tax repre- sentation and representation of foreign companies, specializes today in the insurance and reinsur- ance intermediation, as a broker, both in the field of special risks for large companies.

Simultaneously, it seeks to develop activities that are based on innovative services and technologi- cal applications, which also constitute an integral asset of the company.
